Ganche Chua

Ganche is a registered Architect with professional experience in Australia and Singapore, working on a wide range of award winning residential, commercial and institutional projects with a strong emphasis on environmentally sustainable design and place making. He has finely tuned his abilities to reconcile complex and technical design briefs with diverse stakeholder requirements and expectations.

Projects that he has been responsible for include the Islington Hotel, Mount St Canice Redevelopment and the highly awarded Saffire Resort at Freycinet Peninsula.

Ganche has also been instrumental in the transformation of the Hobart waterfront with his work on the IXL Development, Princes Wharf No.01, where he oversaw the design and construction of one of Hobart’s most public building infrastructure projects, the redevelopment of Macquarie Wharf No.2 Shed into a cruise terminal and key logistical facility for the Australian Antarctic Division, the recently completed Brooke Street Pier Ferry Terminal, and the ongoing 114 room luxury hotel project at Macquarie Wharf No.1.
